DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery is priced is as follows:
Rep. of Ireland & NI: Standard Post (no tracking)- €3.00, Registered Post (with tracking)- €8.00
Rest of the World: Standard Post (no tracking)- €5.00, Registered Post (with tracking)- €10.00
All orders will be shipped within 2 working days, unless otherwise stated. Where the store is on holidays, orders will be processed & shipped from the return to business date, stated on the Home Page.
We use An Post delivery service in Ireland and Internationally. Should you wish your items to be insured against loss or damages in transit, we recommend that you request the An Post Registered Post service.
At poppylockets.ie we want to provide you with a complete guest experience every time you shop with us and we understand that occasionally you may wish to return items.
Exchange or refund is not allowed if an item has been specially made to order or personalised to your requirements.
Our products are not guaranteed against loss or damage of the product, including that of the loss of crystals (or charms) inside or outside of the lockets.
We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase or gift thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.
Your order will be eligible for refund, or exchange (excluding any packaging & shipping charges) providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased and if accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days. Exchanges will be processed within 7 working days also, subject to stock availability. Refunds will be made only to the card used to pay for the item. If you are looking to exchange your item, we recommend that you email firstname.lastname@example.org to check stock availability, to avoid disappointment.
ITEMS RETURNED DUE TO FAULT OR ERROR
If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because of an error on our part, we will refund the price paid for the goods, the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
On the day of receiving your order you must notify us by emailing us at email@example.com. Then follow the HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM instructions below.
We check all items returned as faulty. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange and we will contact you immediately.
7-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
We appreciate that occasionally something is just not quite right for you. If you are cancelling your purchase within the 7 working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the price paid for the goods only.

All items must arrive back at Poppy Lockets in it’s original packaging. All items must be fully intact, be unworn and in their original condition. We check all items returned during the 7 day cooling off period. In the event where we find that the goods are not in their original condition or worn, we reserve the right to refuse the return and we will contact you immediately.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
Returns must be posted within 7 days of receipt.
All items to be returned under one order number must be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping charges to you.
Please include a copy of your dispatch note or at least your name and order number with your parcel.
Please place item(s) in the original packaging and ensure the outer box is completely and securely sealed. If this packaging has been damaged in any way you may replace it with another box of the same size and thickness.
Returns should be shipped through An Post Registered Post or insured courier. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit. We do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via An Post Registered Post or insured courier

Our usual returns policy applies to all Christmas gift purchases however we offer our Christmas shoppers at poppylockets.ie an Extended Returns Policy. If you make your Christmas purchase between 24th November –24th December and you need to return an item, you can do so before 14th January.
